California is a land of contrasts—a realm we often tend to overlook in the fast pace of our lives. At times its landscape is meditative and soothing, at times foreboding. My paintings explore this duality as well as the immensity and beauty of this world. A haven that can nurture us and provide solace, it also needs to be cherished. Through my art I seek to share my sense of awe for this landscape that is my home.
