Through her interest in impressionism, she has traveled throughout the world studying impressionism and has captured on canvas the light and beauty of that 19th Century movement. She has painted and exhibited in Europe, Africa and the United States.
Barbara’s current work is particularly inspired by the beauty of the Monterey Bay area.
Her work has been shown at Westminster, London, England: Sunset Center, Carmel, California: National Acrylic Painters Association invitational show (Signature members), New Orleans, Louisiana: 6th International exhibition National Acrylic Painters Association Signature Show, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Barbara is listed in the 2004 and 2005 issue of Who’s Who of American Artists. She is a member of the Santa Cruz Artist League. Central Coast Art Association, and Venture Gallery, Monterey, California. Her work may be viewed at the Venture Gallery.
