Stephen Skerce
received his formal art training from the Chicago Art Institute and the Academie Julien in Paris, France. He was a member of the Society of Western Artists and has paintings in public and private collections throughout the United States, Hawaii, Europe, the United Kingdom and Australia. Mr. Skerce has been represented by many fine galleries on the West Coast, including the Zantman Galleries of Carmel and Palm Springs, Godfrey Gallery and Mark Hopkins Hotel, San Francisco and the Thompson Gallery, Phoenix, AZ. His paintings also hang in the Portola Plaza Hotel, Monterey, California He is presently showing at the Venture Gallery in Monterey and the Valley Gallery in Old Towne Salinas.
